NFL—Super Bowl Contest

In Super Bowl XLII, the NFL aired a commercial with Houston Texans teammates Ephraim Salaam and Chester Pitts, telling the story of how Pitts went from working in a grocery store to playing in the NFL. It was a hit. Ephraim and Chester were recognized everywhere, went on the Ellen DeGeneres show and were suddenly mini-celebrities. Due to its success, the NFL wanted people to vote the following year on another great NFL story to be made into a commercial. To promote the web-based voting process, we had Ephraim and Chester reprise their roles. Ephraim tries to convince Chester that, if they just make a few adjustments to the original story, maybe they could win and get to tell their story. Again. Pitts was having none of it.
